Zinedine Zidane has previously revealed his admiration for Kylian Mbappe and now the Paris Saint-Germain star has done the same for the Real Madrid boss.

Speaking at the launch of his new foundation in Paris, Mbappe mentioned Zidane and Cristiano Ronaldo as some of his idols growing up.

"Well, I've had phases. As a kid, it was Zidane," Mbappe said when asked about his idols.

"If you're a kid and you're French, your idol is Zidane.

"After, it was Cristiano, who I had the luck to go up against, and then the Brazilians for their way of playing.

"내 어릴 적 우상은 지네딘 지단이었다. 프랑스의 소년이라면 지단일 수밖에 없다."

"그 이후엔 크리스티아노 호날두다. 난 운이 좋게도 그와 붙어봤다. 그리고 브라질리언들의 플레이도 좋아한다"
